Application Process for Grade 6 Students

Grade 6 students will be invited to attend a concert and information session at Stonepark Intermediate School. Band program application forms and information sheets will be provided at that time.  
All of the instruments in the band will be demonstrated at the concert.  You might also want to check out some cool instrument demonstrations here:

*Should there be more applicants than we can accommodate, a screening process will be carried out.  The screening process includes three elements:
Electronic report card data:  We will be reviewing the Work Habits and Music sections of the grade 6 report cards.Standardized listening test (pitch and rhythm)

Music Theory Test:  A very short music theory test will be administered during the same session as  the standardized listening test.
