2018-19 Concerts and Band Events

All concerts are in the Stonepark gymnasium unless otherwise indicated.

Thursday, October 25:  7:30 p.m. Grade 9 Band Concert with the UPEI Wind Symphony at the Dr. Steel Recital Hall on the UPEI campus.

Wednesday, November 7, 9:00 a.m.:  Remembrance Day Assembly. Grade 9 Concert Band will perform.

Thursday, December 13, 7:00 p.m.:  Christmas Concert. Grade 7, 8, and 9 Concert Bands and the Jazz Band will perform.

Thursday, January 10, 9:00 am-3:00 pm: PEI Intermediate Honours Band Eastern Area Sectional Day at Stonepark. Selected Grade 9’s will participate.

January 25-27: PEI Intermediate Honours Band weekend (Rehearsals at Queen Charlotte Intermediate, Concert at the Delta Prince Edward)  Selected Grade 9’s will participate.

Friday, February 22 (Stonepark Cafeteria):  Grade 6 Band Orientation:  Grade 9 Band and Jazz Band to perform in the cafeteria in the morning for students from our feeder schools

Tuesday, March 5th and Wednesday, March 6th:  PEI Band Days at the Delta Prince Edward. Grade 8 and 9 bands participate.

Thursday, April 11th: All day: Beginning Band Day at Athena Consolidated in Summerside. Grade 7 band will participate.

Monday, May 6th:  Grade 8 Band Music Monday day trip:  Charlottetown area

Thursday, May 16th-Friday, May 17th: Grade 9 Band trip to Halifax and the Annapolis Valley (2 days, 1 night)

Wednesday, May 29th:  Spring Concert, 7:00 pm
